By accessing and using the LiveRevenue platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect after being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

LiveRevenue is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform dedicated to logistics flow analysis, supply chain monitoring, real-time inventory management, and global transportation route optimization.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2.1. Scope of Services

Services include access to the dashboard, data visualization tools (heat maps, charts), analytical reports, and user-configured alert functions. Specific functionalities may vary depending on the subscription plan.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to logistics management and optimization, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the service's source code.
• Do not use the service to upload or process data related to illegal activities or prohibited products.
• Do not overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

Access to certain LiveRevenue functionalities requires a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page within the platform.

Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

4.1. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which will prevent automatic renewal. Access to the service will continue until the end of the already paid billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveRevenue and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The analyses and recommendations provided by the platform are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. Final operational decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

All software, designs, logos, and documentation of the LiveRevenue platform are the property of LiveRevenue or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the logistical and operational data you upload to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We are not obligated to retain or provide a copy of your data after termination, unless required by law.
